Reincidencia de conductas. La suspensión y terminación por mutuo acuerdo no procederá en caso de reincidencia en la comisión de las mismas infracciones.

Parágrafo

Registro único. El Ministerio del Trabajo creará un registro único nacional de sanciones, acuerdos y planes de mejoramiento.
