Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en las Leyes 397 de 1997 y 1185 de 2008, el Instituto Colombiano de Antropología e Historia (ICANH) realizará el registro de los bienes arqueológicos pertenecientes al Patrimonio Cultural Sumergido que se entreguen en tenencia y definirá los sujetos y las condiciones en las cuales se entregarán y preservarán.
