Si en la escritura social se ha omitido alguna de las estipulaciones indicadas en el artículo 110, o expresado en forma incompleta o en desacuerdo con el régimen legal del respectivo tipo de sociedad, podrán otorgarse escrituras adicionales, por los mismos socios, antes de que se haga la correspondiente inscripción. Tales escrituras se entenderán incorporadas al acto de constitución de la sociedad.
