La caución se cancelará cuando habiendo cumplido el procesado las obligaciones contraídas, se le detenga nuevamente por haberse revocado la excarcelación, o se termine el procedimiento por cualquiera causa legal. Cancelada la caución, se devolverán en su caso y sin demora, las prendas a quien corresponda.
