Art. 5º. En el contrato de sesión deberán señalarse las plazas en que haga el expendio por cuenta de la Compañía, y esta no podrá vender los fósforos a un precio mayor del que designe el Gobierno, que ningún caso será superior al que tienen en las mismas plazas en la fecha de la expedición de esta Ley.

A los dos años de goce de privilegio la Compañía venderá sus productos con el veinticinco por ciento (25 %) de rebaja.
