Las cosas secuestradas en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 316, se mantendrán depositadas en cuanto sea necesario para los fines del proceso.

Terminado el proceso, se entregarán a las autoridades correspondientes si se hubiere ordenado su confiscación; en caso contrario, se destinarán para el pago de las sumas que deba cubrir el procesado por razón de daños y perjuicios, multas, costas, etc.
