Del Registro de comunidades energéticas (RCE). Créase el Registro de comunidades energéticas (RCE), el cual será administrado por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía con el fin de promover el desarrollo de las comunidades energéticas y la articulación con la política energética nacional. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía establecerá lo relativo a la información que exigirá de las Comunidades Energéticas.
