Cuando se explota material no consolidado o inestable, las bermas deben tener un ancho por lo menos igual a la altura del banco para permitir el paso del personal sin peligro. Si durante la explotación es necesaria la presencia de personal al pie del banco, la altura de éste no debe exceder los dos metros. CAPITULO II Minería de aluvión.
