Las autoridades políticas y los agentes del Ministerio Público tienen el deber de dar aviso al Juez del lugar sobre el fallecimiento de cualquier extranjero, de que tengan noticia, que haya dejado bienes allí y respecto de cuya sucesión sea menester tomar las medidas preventivas preindicadas.
