El Certificado de Disponibilidad Presupuestal para proveer los nombramientos de Director General de Agencia, Secretario General de Agencia y Jefe de Presupuesto o quien haga sus veces, de la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado, será expedido por el Jefe de Presupuesto del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho o por quien haga sus veces, con cargo a los respectivos presupuestos.
