Si se invocare el desempeño del profesorado en derecho, en instituto, facultad, universidad o colegio oficial, privado o extranjero, se presentará una certificación del respectivo rector o superior en que conste: la asignatura o asignaturas de derecho que se han regentado y el tiempo durante el cual se ha desempeñado la respectiva cátedra. Cuando se trate del profesorado en planteles de educación profesional extranjeros, el certificado no será válido si no se halla acompañado de la atestación de que habla el artículo 10 de este Decreto.
