ARTICULO 12 . Equivalencias . En los Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, la determinación de los cargos equivalentes a que se refiere el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 10 del Decreto-ley 1661 de 1991, la hará el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, previa la realización del estudio técnico correspondiente a solicitud motivada del Ministro o del Director de Departamento Administrativo respectivo. La prima técnica que se otorgue a los empleados titulares de dichos empleos, se sujetará a los límites establecidos en el inciso 2º del literal e) del artículo 1º del Decreto-ley 1624 de 1991.
