Cuando la Corte aceptare como justificadas alguna o algunas de las causales propuestas, procederá así:

a)

Si la causal aceptada fuere la primera, segunda o tercera, invalidará el fallo y dictará el que deba reemplazarlo;

b)

Si la causal aceptada fuere la cuarta, quinta o sexta, devolverá el proceso a quien corresponda, por conducto del Tribunal de origen, para que se dicte la sentencia o se reponga el procedimiento, y

c)

Si la causal aceptada fuere la séptima, devolverá el proceso, por conducto del Tribunal, al Juzgado Superior de origen, para que se convoque a nuevo jurado.
