º Si las porciones incultas no fueren suficientes para ser adjudicadas en la forma expresada en el artículo 3º de este Decreto, la Comisión lo informará al Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, para que por este Despacho administrativo se determine nuevamente la extensión adjudicable a cada indígena. Comuníquese y publíquese.
