La suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior será entregada a la Electrificadora del Magdalena S. A., que deberá destinarla exclusivamente a la compra de maquinaria, repuestos, mejoramiento de redes, instalaciones de unidades generadoras, en las plantas que suministran el fluido eléctrico de Santa Marta y Ciénaga.
