Documento soporte en los juegos de suerte y azar . En los juegos de suerte y azar en los que se expida documento, formulario, boleta, billete o instrumento que da derecho a participar en el juego como documento equivalente a la factura, constituye soporte de las operaciones la planilla diaria de control de ventas llevada por el operador la cual deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos

Fecha de la operación;

Número de cartones, boletas, billetes o formularios vendidos;

Valor de cada uno de los anteriores documentos;

Valor del IVA recaudado.
