º . Trámite de habilitación. La autoridad competente dispondrá de un término no superior a 90 días para decidir sobre la solicitud de habilitación. La habilitación se concederá mediante resolución motivada en la que se especificará como mínimo el nombre, razón social o denominación, domicilio personal, capital pagado, patrimonio líquido, radio de acción y modalidad de la empresa.
