Sanciones. Sin perjuicio de las san ciones disciplinarias o penales a que haya lugar, si el titular de la parte acusadora incumple sus deberes será sancionado con multa equivalente a quince días de sueldo que devengue como funcionario que, con el informe del juez, impondrá el Director Seccional de la Fiscalía General de Ia Nación.
