Artículo quinto. El permiso transitorio de que habla el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo segundo de la Ley que se reglamenta, no podrá exceder de dos meses, pero podrá ampliarse por períodos iguales, mediante petición motivada de alguna Facultad de Odontología que funcione legalmente dentro del territorio nacional. Los odontólogos contratados no podrán ejercer la odontología sino dentro de laso términos del respectivo contrato.
