ARTICULO 150 . PERDIDA DEL CURSO. Perderán el curso respectivo los empleados que no hayan obtenido un promedio superior al setenta por ciento (70%) de las calificaciones de los exámenes o pierdan más de dos (2) asignaturas con nota inferior a seis sobre diez y no asistan al noventa por ciento (90%) de las clases cualquiera que sea el motivo. Los alumnos que pierdan el curso de ascenso, podrán ser convocados nuevamente por una sola vez, transcurrido un (1) año después del respectivo curso. En caso de perderlo nuevamente, serán retirados del servicio activo por incapacidad profesional.
