Aclárase el Decreto 1891 del 3 de agosto de 1994, por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los artículos 2º, 3º, 4º, 10, 21 y 22 de la Ley 60 de 1993 y parcialmente el artículo 160 del Decreto-ley 1298 de 1994, en cuanto a fomento de la salud y prevención de la enfermedad, en el sentido que este acto administrativo reglamenta los artículos 2º, 3º, 4º, 10, 21 y 22 de la Ley 60 de 1993 y el artículo 222 de la Ley 100 del mismo año.
