La Fuerza Pública implementará un programa de bienestar, cuidado y protección para garantizar la adopción y ubicación en lugares adecuados de los animales que sean retirados del servicio. Este programa deberá ejecutarse de forma permanente mientras existan animales al servicio de la Fuerza Pública.
