ARTICULO 14. Supresión de Empleos. - Dentro del término que se lleve a cabo el proceso de reestructuración del Instituto a que se refiere este Decreto, la Junta Directiva suprimirá los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por trabajadores oficiales cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en la respectiva planta de personal como consecuencia de dicha decisión.
