La actualización del avalúo catastral prevista en el artículo 1º de la Ley 14 de 1983 no rige para los predios del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, cuyo avalúo catastral ya hubiere sido reajustado, en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el Acuerdo número 1 de 1981 del Concejo de Bogotá. En todo lo demás el catastro del Distrito Especial de Bogotá se regirá por las disposiciones de este Decreto.
