El Consejo Nacional de Protección Infantil de que trata el artículo 97 de esta Ley ejercerá las funciónes de Dirección Nacional de Establecimientos de Reeducación y Protección de Menores.
El Gobierno dotará al Consejo Nacional de Protección Infantil de locales, muebles elementos de oficina para su correcto funciónamiento.
