Zonas fronterizas. Los concesionarios que utilicen sistemas de radiomensajes en limites de frontera, deberán sujetarse al área de servicio autorizado dentro del territorio nacional, a las normas nacionales y a los convenios internacionales que regulen las telecomunicaciones en zonas fronterizas.
