Los bienes que adquiera el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar con los dineros provenientes de su propiedad y se destinarán exclusivamente para el programa de atención integral al preescolar. Los bienes a que se refiere el inciso anterior se llevarán en inventario especialmente organizado. CAPITULO III De los centros como unidades administrativas especiales.
