Art. 4 º Practicadas las diligencias prescritas en los artículos 1237 y 1238 del Código Judicial los Jueces de Distrito municipal pasarán todo lo actuado al del respectivo Circuito, quien al recibirlo, examinará lo hecho, y rectificará la falta que note, dictando para ello las providencias que estime oportunas.
