Autorícese al Gobierno nacional a través del Ministerio de Cultura, las artes y los saberes y del Ministerio de Comercio Industria y Turismo, para asesorar y apoyar al municipio de Granada, departamento de Antioquia, en la elaboración, tramitación, ejecución y financiación de los proyectos culturales y turísticos para el mejoramiento y preservación de los monumentos y bienes de interés cultural e histórico del municipio de Granada en aras de conservar y mantener la cultura, así como fomentar el turismo en el municipio.
