A partir del 1º de enero de 2000, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Regionales será de cinco millones cuarenta y cinco mil novecientos ochenta y cuatro pesos ($5.045.984) m/cte., distribuida así: Asignación básica $1.630.737 Gastos de representación 1.630.737 Prima técnica 892.255 Prima especial 892.255

Parágrafo

De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º del Decreto 264 de 2000, la remuneración mensual del Procurador Regional será de cinco millones cuarenta y cinco mil novecientos ochenta y cuatro pesos ($5.045.984) m/cte., distribuida así: Asignación básica $2.491.134 Gastos de representación 1.944.984 Prima especial 609.866
