FUNCIONES DE LA VEEDURIA DEL DEPARTAMENTO ADMINISTRATIVO DE INTENDENCIAS Y COMISARIAS. La Veeduría del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, adelantará sus investigaciones en estrecha coordinación y cooperación con la Procuraduría General de la Nación. Con el fin de lograr estos objetivos, la Procuraduría General de la Nación informará al Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, sobre la iniciación de los procesos y las sanciones aplicadas, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes, cuando tales procesos se adelanten contra empleados del orden Intendencial o Comisarial.
