Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 168 del Decreto-ley 1670 de 1975 se tendrá como valor del contrato de prestación de servicios la suma de la totalidad de las mensualidades o quincenas que la entidad contratante deba pagar o el monto total del mismo cuando no se haya pactado dicha forma de pago.
