Art. 10. En cada una de las capitales de los estados i en los demas lugares importantes para el servicio de las líneas de correos, habrá agentes principales del ramo i subalternos en los distritos i localidades que, a juicio del poder ejecutivo, sean necesarias para el buen servicio postal. Su personal i dotacion serán los siguientes:

ESTADO DE ANTIOQUIA.

ESTADO DE BOLÍVAR.

ESTADO DE BOYACÁ.

ESTADO DEL CAUCA.

ESTADO DEL MAGDALENA.

ESTADO DE PANAMÁ.

ESTADO DE SANTANDER.
