Los Jefes ú Oficiales que sin causa legal se ausenten del servicio, quedarán privados del derecho á sus sueldos. Esta misma falta en los individuos de tropa será considerada como deserción y les hará perder el derecho á los alcances que tengan hasta el día en que ésta tenga lugar. Estas partidas ingresarán al Montepío Militar.
