Subsidio Familiar. Para los efectos del reconocimiento del Subsidio Familiar, el interesado formulará por escrito y por conducto regular la solicitud correspondiente al Comando de Fuerza respectivo, acompañando las Actas de Registro Civil debidamente autenticadas, en las que conste el matrimonio válido en Colombia o el nacimiento de cada uno de los hijos.
