El Gobierno podrá, cuando lo estime conveniente, disponer traslados de Oficiales de la Fuerza Aérea al Ejército o a la Marina, bien en forma temporal, hasta por un año, o de manera definitiva, si los Oficiares trasladados reúnen las condiciones exigidas por los reglamentos de las respectivas ramas de las Fuerzas Militares.
