Art. 281. Los manifiestos de esportacion se presentarán a la Aduana dentro de setenta i dos horas despues de verificado el embarque. Para que éste pueda tener lugar, bastará el permiso que se pedirá al Inspector de las bodegas.

Parágrafo

El embarque de mercancías estranjeras que se reesporten para Maracaibo, no podrá verificarse sin el previo permiso de la Aduana, la que no podrá darlo sin que ántes se llenen las formalidades, prescritas para la reesportacion o el tránsito.
