° Extiéndense a Las Intendencias y Comisarias las medidas tendientes a la preservación del orden público previstas en el Decreto legislativo número 528 de marzo : 18 de 1976. Los Intendentes y Comisarios tendrán las mismas atribuciones conferidas en el citado Decreto, a los Gobernadores y al Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, Distrito Especial.
