Art. 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo puede hacer al contratista las siguientes concesiones: 1. ª De cobrar desde el dia que alumbre por primera vez al fanal i durante el tiempo que permanezca en servicio, a todo buque de vela mercante, nacional o estranjero, que fondeare en el puerto de la Buenaventura, un derecho denominado de “fanal” que consistirá en cuatro decimos de real por cada tonelada granadia que mida, hasta cien toneladas, i de tres decimos de real por cada tonelada exedente de ciento; i 2. ª De concederle este privilejio por diez años.

Parágrafo

Este derecho no se cobrará cuando al fanal no ali,bre, por cualquiera motivo que sea.
