Durante el término al que se refiere el artículo 1 del presente Decreto Legislativo, los títulos representativos de deuda que las sociedades por acciones simplificadas de que trata la Ley 1258 de 2008 emitan en el segundo mercado podrán inscribirse en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores -RNVE- y negociarse en una bolsa de valores. El plazo máximo de estas emisiones será de hasta cinco (5) años. El Gobierno nacional determinará las condiciones estatutarias y de gobierno corporativo para que las sociedades a las que se refiere este artículo accedan al mercado de valores.
