Los auxilios girados en vigencias anteriores al Departamento de Nariño con destino a obras hospitalarias en la ciudad de Pasto y que hasta la fecha no se han invertido por ausencia de un plan aprobado por el Ministerio de Higiene, se entregarán a la Junta Directiva del Hospital San Pedro para la reconstrucción que de dicho Hospital ordenó la Ley 6ª de 1947.
