Art. 189. Las diligencias que se decreten en un auto para mejor proveer, se practicará con citación de las partes, para que dentro del término de veinticuatro horas puedan aducir contrapruebas. Dichas contrapruebas y las diligencias que se decreten, se practicará dentro de diez días, más el término doble de la distancia cuando deban practicarse fuera del lugar del juicio.
