ARTICULO 4.2.0.6.2 . - PAGO DE ACREENCIAS EN LIQUIDACIONES . El pago de las obligaciones a favor del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras y de Aquéllas derivadas de la utilización de operaciones de préstamos o de redescuento con el Banco de la República, y de las obligaciones en moneda extranjera deriva das de depósitos constituídos por dicha entidad en los establecimientos de crédito, gozarán del derecho de ser excluídos de la masa de la liquidación de instituciones financieras y del Fondo.
