El Contralor General y el Auditor General duraran en sus funciones por un periodo de cuatro años, pero el periodo de los dos primeros que se nombren expirara el 30 de junio de 1927. De allí en adelante la fecha inicial del periodo será el 1 de julio. Dichos funcionarios podrán ser reelegidos.
