Objeto. La Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA) es la encargada de que los proyectos, obras o actividades sujetos de licenciamiento, permiso o trámite ambiental cumplan con la normativa ambiental, de tal manera que contribuyan al desarrollo sostenible ambiental del País.
