Medidas preventivas. Sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que haya lugar, cuando resulten necesarias, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural podrá aplicar medidas preventivas para evitar de manera transitoria la continuación de la ocurrencia de un hecho, la realización de una actividad o la existencia de una situación que presuntamente atente contra la prestación del servicio público de adecuación de tierras.
