La junta estará integrada por:

1. El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico o su delegado, quien la presidirá.

2. El Superintendente de Sociedades.

3. Dos superintendentes delegados de la Superintendencia de Sociedades, designados por el

Superintendente de Sociedades.

4. Un representante de los empleados (afiliados), elegido conjuntamente por los funcionarios de la Superintendencia de Sociedades.

5. Un representante de los empleados (afiliados), elegido conjuntamente por los funcionarios de las Superintendencias de Industria y Comercio y de Valores.

6. Un representante de los pensionados.

Paragraph (parágrafo)

PARAGRAFO. Los miembros de la junta directiva mencionados en los numerales 4, 5 y 6 del presente artículo tendrán su respectivo suplente.
