Permiso . El notario puede solicitar permiso hasta por tres días cuando medie justa causa y será concedido por la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro para los de círculos de la primera categoría y por los gobernadores, para los demás. El permiso no interrumpe el tiempo de servicios. En casos urgentes podrá concederlo la primera autoridad política del lugar, con excepción de los notarios de la capital de la República.
