Art. 2.° En caso de que alguno de los agraciados por el artículo anterior prefiera su educacion al percibo de la pension, el Gobierno se la costeará en los Establecimientos de instruccion pública de la Nación, para lo cual se considerará incluida en los respectivos Presupuestos de rentas la partida correspondiente.
