Los Centros de conciliación deberán implementar y satisfacer los requisitos generales del servicio contemplados en la Norma Técnica de Calidad 5906 o aquella que la modifique o sustituya. Los Centros voluntariamente se someterán a los procesos de certificación de calidad basados en la Norma Técnica.
